At TechtoBiz Consulting, the proprietor of InterviewIvy, we value customer satisfaction and transparency. As an AI-powered interview practice platform, we offer digital services including mock interviews, aptitude tests, and interview credits. Below is our cancellation and refund policy:

1. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 7 days of placing the order and before any interview credits or services have been used.
  • Once services have been consumed (e.g., AI mock interviews initiated, tests attempted), cancellation is not eligible for that portion of the order.
  • If you've purchased a package and haven't yet activated or used any part of it, a cancellation request may be submitted for review.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only under valid, verifiable circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Technical issues that prevent use of the service, which could not be resolved by our support team.
  • Incorrect charges or duplicate payments.
  • Services not matching the description or failing to function as reasonably expected (subject to validation by our support team).
  • All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 9–15 business days to the original payment method.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind after using part or all of a purchased service.
  • Inability to secure a job or guarantee of interview success (as our platform is for practice only).
  • User negligence, such as missing a scheduled interview slot or providing incorrect contact details.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a cancellation or refund, please email us at Support@Interviewivy.com with:

  • Your registered email ID
  • Order ID or transaction reference
  • Reason for cancellation or refund request

Our support team will respond within 48–72 hours with a resolution or further steps.
